- Filling of documents i.e LPO contract, invoices, delivery, Receipt, bank , kra returns
- Answering calls, social media messages and management of customer service email to ensure customer are directed to right channels
- Managing petty cash and ensuring office stationary are bought on time
- Resolve customer concerns and answer customer question to your best ability
- Maintain positive attitude and camly response to customers complaints
- Open new customer accounts using company ERP
- Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interaction
- Plan and schedule meeting
- Protect organization’s values by keeping information confidential.

- Familiar with software used to connect with customer to gather their information
- Knowledge and experience with IT product and services
- Confident with phone inquiries
- Attention to details and excellent quality
- Knowledge with book keeping will be a plus
Qualification
- 3 years’ experience in customer service or office admin
- Degree in Bcom or mass communication or any related field
