Roles

  • Filling of documents i.e LPO  contract, invoices, delivery, Receipt, bank , kra returns 
  • Answering calls, social media messages  and management of customer service email to ensure customer are directed to right channels
  • Managing petty cash and ensuring office stationary are bought on time
  • Resolve customer concerns and answer customer question to your best ability
  • Maintain positive attitude and camly response to customers complaints
  • Open new customer accounts using company ERP
  • Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interaction
  • Plan and schedule meeting
  • Protect organization’s values by keeping information confidential.

Qualification

  • 3 years’ experience in customer service or office admin
  •  Degree in Bcom or mass communication or any related field
